Commercial CEO
Are you an experienced leader with a passion for project management and hospitality? We are seeking a dynamic Commercial CEO to join our prestigious game reserve team in the Eastern Cape. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and oversee the development of new lodges and supporting infrastructure, ensuring the seamless integration of luxury and nature.
Eastern Cape
- 2x Ass. Lodge managers for both 4 and 5 star lodges required. Assist with all guest relation duties, knowledge of stock and controls, high standard of service etc. For more comprehensive job spec please email CV and supporting documents to penny@africanselectives.co.za
Limpopo
- New position based Sous chefs with
3-5 years previous experience in a 5 star lodge.
Some experience with Asian cuisine would be beneficial.small team .
Work cycle 3 weeks on 1 week off.
Accommodation, meals and uniform provided.
Capetown
- Head Chef / Training Position – Cape Town based. 10 years restruant experience, minimum 5 years previously in a head chef position and FOH experience. Strong operational, menu planning, training and development, and willing to travel to lodge properties in the Lowveld. Best suited to someone with no dependents based on nature of position and travel required for this position. 6 weeks on 2 weeks off

- Assistant management couple
senior guide and ass manager/FOH and or spa manager who will also assist with
hosting and also and day to day
Check ins/outs, stock control, experience on an operating system like semper would be beneficial .
